Preschool library excursion

The older preschool room visited our local Parramatta library where they read some books, borrowed books of their choice to take back to the centre to read and also participate in the storytime hosted by the library. Visiting the local library encourages as well as fosters the children's literacy and language skills as grow an appreciation for literature. The children were great at using their listening skills and engaging with the librarian during the storytime session.
